Delivery
Your order will be processed once your funds have successfully cleared in our account.
We use NZ Post for product delivery. Typically, most urban destinations receive their orders within 3-4 days. However, rural deliveries may take a few additional days.
Delivery Charges:
Approximate charges, delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
- Up to 3 items—$ 8.80
- 4-6 items—$ 11.00
- Over 6 items—$ 12.00
- Rural deliveries will incur an additional $ 5.50
Please note that, due to the perishable nature of our balms and oils, we cannot offer returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
